A blend roasted to the typical northern Italian style of medium-dark. This promotes the full flavour characteristics and enhances the body of the beans. The taste is smooth, rich with a chocolate undertone.
 
Our Plateau blend was awarded a gold at the 2011-12 New Zealand Coffee Awards and a Bronze at the 2012-13 Awards.
 
It cups with an excellent crema and is suitable for Espresso, Plunger or Filter Coffee.
